Importing custom words
You can improve recognition accuracy by adding words to the vocabulary that are specific
to your industry and subject matter. You must be connected to the internet to import words.
To import words
If you have custom words in Dragon desktop products or Dragon for Mac, you can import
them into Dragon Anywhere.
1. To export your words from Dragon desktop products,
l From the DragonBar, choose Vocabulary > Export Custom Word and
Phrase List.
2. To export your words from Dragon for Mac,
a. Choose the Dragon menu and choose Edit Vocabulary.
b. Choose the user from the dropdown menu.
c. Select the words you want to export
d. From the Gear menu, choose Export.
3. Specify a location to save the exported file.
Choose a location accessible from your mobile device, such as DropBox or iCloud.
4.
Open the Sidebar and tap Words.
5. Tap the Plus sign and choose Import Words.
6. Select the file you exported from Dragon desktop products or Dragon for Mac.
A message appears indicating if any errors occurred during the import process.
