Fault with Automatic
Reset
1. A fault occurred (See Table 6 Error Codes).
2. Record the Error Code.
3. W ait 15 minutes for the system to recover
from the fault or touch the RESET button to
manually reset the system.
4. Call 1-888-998-BLINK (2546) for assistance.

1 0 .2 . Automa tic Resta rt Functiona lity
W hen a charg e session is interrupted due to a tempo rary error co ndition, the Blink Pro duct will
auto matically restart the charg e sessio n when the tempo rary error co ndition is reso lved. The status
indicato r light will remain flashing RED until the erro r co ndition is reso lved.
• Tempo rary erro r co nditio ns include: O ver Current, O ver Vo ltag e, Under Voltag e, O ver
Temperature.
• Fo r O ver Current (O C) co nditio ns: The charg e sessio n will be sto pped while the O C
co nditio n o ccurs. After reco very fro m O C co ndition fo r 3 0 seco nds, the Blink Pro duct
will auto matically restart the charge sessio n (fo r 3 times).
• W hen a charge sessio n sto pped by the Charg e Circuit Interrupting Device (CCID), the
Blink Pro duct will attempt to restart the charg e sessio n after 1 5 minutes (for 3 times).
1 0 .3 . Pow er Outa ge Recovery
W hen po wer is reapplied after a po wer o utag e, the Blink Product will restart the charge sessio n
auto matically (if the Resume Cha rge After Reboot setting is On) with a delay ranging fro m 1 2 0
to 7 2 0 seco nds. The rando mized delay is intro duced to avoid impacting the utility grid if multiple
charg ing statio ns are in the same area and attempt to resume their charg e sessio ns simultaneo usly.
