• Kiosk units should be installed within 1 5 0 ft. (line-o f-sight) o f the farthest Smart unit.
• W alls, pillars, and barriers may affect the ability fo r a Smart unit to co mmunicate with
a Kio sk unit.
• Kiosk can pro vide access co ntro l fo r up to 2 0 seco ndary Smart Charging Stations.

• Advanced and Kiosk units which will be utilizing cellular co nnections to co mmunicate
with a Central System must be installed in an area that has adequate cellular co verag e.
• Enclo sed and/ o r underg round structures, such as parking garag es may no t suppo rt
adequate cellular co verage. In these cases, cellular repeater / amplifier systems should
be co nsidered.
