RESTORE ROOT PASSWORD TO DEFAULT
You can restore the default root password without losing the server configuration by performing the following:
Note: You will need the E-MNG-LC License Key to perform this operation.
1. Shut down the E-MNG-LC server program.
2. Browse to the folder containing the E-MNG-LC server program.
3. Delete the file "serverLib.dll"
4. Re-start the E-MNG-LC server program. You should see the "License Terms" window
5. Accept the license terms. You should see a "License Error" window
6. Select "Install Permanent License"
7. Enter in your License Key, then select "Activate"
8. You should get a "License Activated" message; Select "OK" You should then get the root login prompt.
9. Enter in "nti" and select "Login".
