2. In diesel engines, use Diesel oil according to the following standards:

 CEN EN 590 or possibly DIN/EN 590

 DIN 51 601

 BS 2869: A1 and A2

 ASTM D 975-88: 1-D and 2-D

 VV-F-800C: DF-A, DF-1 and DF-2

 NATO code F-54 and F-75

At the temperatures below 0°C (32°F) use the winter kinds of Diesel oils or mixtures of the Diesel oil

with special additives or possibly with kerosene to prevent paraffines from being liberated and deposited

in the machine fuel system. Offer for Diesel oil at individual filling stations usually reflects the season of

the year.

To add fuel, lift the lock (1) first and then release the tank cap pulling it upwards.

Replace the plug after refuelling.

3.4. Inspection of Air Filter

Air filter of the HONDA GX engine:

Place the machine on a level surface and lift the tipping-off cover.

Unscrew the wing nut (1) and remove the plastic cover of the air filter (2).
