4. Call up the NOXON's own Web inter-
face
On a PC in the same network, open an Internet browser (such as Internet
Explorer) and enter the IP address you determined in 3 into the address bar.
You should now see the NOXON's Web interface.
5. Start firmware update Click "Update firmware". Your device switches to update mode within a few
seconds.
6. Choose firmware Click "Browse" and select the appropriate firmware for your device.
If you did not change the path in Step 2, you will find all the files you need
for the update at C:\TerraTec\NOXON.
7. Start the update Click "Upload" to start the firmware check.
9. Confirm the selection Once the firmware has been successfully checked by the device, a pop-up
dialogue asks you to confirm. This begins the actual transfer, which can
take up to 3 minutes.
10. Done! After a successful update, the device restarts automatically. It may be nec-
essary to repeat the network configuration of your device now. To do so,
follow the steps already outlined (p. 15).
11. Reimporting the favourites Optionally:
If you have backed up your favourites before the update as outlined in 1., all
that's left to do is to transfer them back to the NOXON (for instructions, refer
to B4 - Backing up favourites using the Favourites Commander).
