13) To perform percent weighing with another sample press [Mode] and
continuefromstep2above.
14) Toreturntonormalweighing,press[Mode]thenpress[Esc].
Note:Percentagewillbedisplayedto themaximumnumberofdecimalplacesbased
on the resolution of the balance. To increase or decrease by one decimal place,
pressthe[Up]or[Down]keyrespectively.
7.3 CHECKWEIGHING
Duringweighingofasamplethebalancecanbesettoshowiftheweightisaboveor
below an upper and a lower limit.The display will use the arrows under the fill
guidetoshow thecheckweighing is operating.Thearrowsand barsbetweenthe
arrowswillindicatewhentheweightisbelowthelowerlimit,betweenthelimitsor
abovetheupperlimit.
Thebuzzercanbesettobeactivewhentheweightisoutsidethelimits(belowthe
lowerorabovetheupper)orwithinthelimits(abovethelowerandbelow theupper
limit),orturnedoff.Ifdesired,onlyonelimitneedstobeset.Ifonlyonelimitisset
theotherlimitisconsideredtobezero(lower)orthemaximum(upper).
TheCheckweighingisnotactivefromzeroto20scaledivisionshoweverthearrows
willstillbeturnedonbelowthefillguideandtheweightwillstillbedisplayed.
Steps:
1) Press[Mode]andthenthe[Up]or[Down]keytoselectCheckWeighing.When
“CHECK”isdisplayedpressthe[Enter]keytoenterCheckWeighingmode
2) Press[Up]or[Down]tosetthe “LOW LIMIT”to“On”or“OFF”
3) Press [Enter] to proceed.If the “LOW LIMIT” was set to “On” the display will
showthe currentlowlimitand allowyou tochange thelimitusingthe numeric
entry method (see section 5.1). The display will show the weigh in the current
