Auto Expand Folder:
Clicking on this option will lead the user to a list of all the Mail category
folders in Mail'd (ex: Inbox, All Mail, Important,etc.). Upon selecting one option, any future syncing
will only download the category of mail selected and will populate only the selected folder.
Sync Remote Deletions:
When this option is set, the checked message, when deleted from
the server, will also be deleted on Mail’d. By default, this option is checked.
Enable/Disable Notications:
Checking the option ‘New Mail notications’ will display noti-
cations for new mail for the selected account. Unchecking this option will prevent display of any
notications for new email.
Setting a Ringtone for Notications:
Tapping on the option ‘New Mail Ringtone’ will display
all the ringtones available. Selecting a ringtone will set the tone for notications for the selected
account.

Incoming Server:
To set-up or edit the incoming server, tap on the option ‘Incoming Server’.
This displays the Incoming Server Settings View. The details can be edited and saved in this view.
Outgoing Server:
To set-up or edit the outgoing server, tap on the option ‘Outgoing Server’.
This displays the Outgoing Server Settings View. The details can be edited and saved in this view.
Setting Prex for Quoted Text:
Tapping on the option ‘Prex for Quoted Text’ prompts the
user to enter the desired character for prexing to the quoted text. Once entered, the character is
used as prex for the quoted text. By default, the prex character is set to ‘>’.
Removing an Account:
To remove an account, tap on ‘Remove account’. This prompts the
user for conrmation before deleting the account from Mail’d.
Compress Account:
Tapping on ‘Compress’ will minimize the memory being used by the
account by compressing the messages.
Clear Emails:
To empty messages on Adam of a selected account, tap ‘Clear Messages’.
This will remove all emails from the selected account.
Clear Trash:
Tapping on ‘Empty trash’ will delete all messages of the selected account from
the trash.
