Before plugging in the unit, remove the Ice Shaving Compartment Lid and add ice cubes to the Ice Shaving Compartment. Be sure the Shaved Ice Bin is in place to catch the shaved ice. NOTE: Do not overfill the Ice Shaving Canister.
ENGLISH HELPFUL TIPS ICE CUBES For best results, ice cubes should sit outside of the freezer a short while before putting them into the Ice Shaving Compartment. If ice has a frosty appearance, it is too hard to shave. Let ice sit until it is translucent and wet to the touch. Then it is ready to put in the Ice Shaving Compartment. CONSEILS PRATIQUES CUBES DE GLACE Pour de meilleurs résultats, des cubes de glace devraient rester en dehors du congélateur un court instant avant de les mettre dans le compartiment pour copeaux de glace.
