PEANUT BUTTER & JELLY STUFFED WAFFLE
2 cups all-
purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon
baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cup milk
2 eggs
3 tablespoons
vegetable oil
Jar of peanut butter
Jar of jelly or
canned pie filling
In a large bowl, mix the our, sugar, baking powder
and salt in a large bowl. Whisk milk, eggs and oil in a
medium bowl. Add milk mixture to dry ingredients.
Whisk just until our mixture is thoroughly moistened.
Preheat the stued STUFFED WAFFLE MAKER.
Carefully pour batter into the center of the lower cooking
surface. Pour enough batter to cover the bottom prongs.
Add toppings (Peanut butter and jelly or canned pie lling)
evenly around and pour batter on top of the toppings to
the top of the ring. DO NOT USE FROZEN INGREDIENTS.
Close the lid using the handle and allow to cook for
approximately six minutes or until golden brown.
Open STUFFED WAFFLE MAKER and remove
by using Wae Ring. Let cool and enjoy!
