HOW TO OPERATE
Before rst use, wipe down the HOT CHOCOLATE & MILK FROTHER exterior with a clean,
non-abrasive cloth or sponge. Thoroughly wash the interior of the Mixing Container with
warm, sudsy water and a non-abrasive cloth or sponge. DO NOT immerse Mixing Container
in water. Wash Lid in warm, sudsy water and thoroughly dry. DO NOT put the Base in water.
HOT CHOCOLATE
1. Find a stable, waterproof surface near an electrical outlet before starting.
CAUTION: Make sure the cord is away from any water source.
2. DO NOT place the HOT CHOCOLATE & MILK FROTHER near the edge of a table or countertop.
3. Remove the Lid from the Mixing Container.
4. Pour up to 24 ounces of water or milk into the Mixing Container.
NOTE: Do not ll the Mixing Container past the dashed "Max" ll lines.
5. Add your favorite instant drink mix, depending on whether using
milk or water. (See SERVING GUIDE table below.)
6. Replace the Lid on the Mixing Container. Make sure the lid covers the
pour spout. DO NOT operate without lid securely in place.
7. Plug the HOT CHOCOLATE & MILK FROTHER into an outlet.
8. Turn the switch to the "WARM MILK" position. The HOT CHOCOLATE & MILK FROTHER R will
begin to mix and heat.
NOTE: You may press the button to turn it OFF at anytime. A full
24 ounces takes approximately 6-8 minutes to heat. DO NOT run
for more than 15 minutes. This will cause milk to scald.
The appliance will remain on until you switch it o.

NOTE: Pre-packaged instant cocoa, coffee and tea mixes may
vary from the quantities indicated in this guide. Use the quantities
specified on the packaging for exact measurements.
COLD & WARM FROTH
1. Place the HOT CHOCOLATE & MILK FROTHER upright on a dry,
sturdy and heat-resistant surface near an electrical outlet.
2. Take the lid o and insert the frothing paddle onto the shaft on the bottom of the frother.
3. Fill the jar with the desired amount of milk and put the lid on.
NOTE: Minimum milk capacity is 3 oz. Max capacity is 7 oz. Type of milk used may vary.
