ENGLISH MUFFIN HOT HAM & CHEESE
1 English muffin
2 slices cheddar or
American cheese
2 slices ham
butter
Preheat the appliance as directed.
Place cheese and ham inside English mun and
generously butter the outside of the English mun.
Place sandwich onto the lower cooking
surface and close the lid. Cook until cheese is
melted and English mun is toasted.
Serve immediately.
BREAKFAST SANDWICH
1 English muffin
1 sausage patty
1 egg
1 slice cheddar or
American cheese
butter
salt and pepper
to taste
Preheat the appliance as directed.
Generously butter each half of English mun on both sides.
Toast English mun using appliance,
pressing slightly until golden brown.
Remove English mun and cook sausage
patty on appliance until fully cooked.
Remove sausage patty and break egg onto
the cooking surface. Cook egg for about 1-2
minutes. Sprinkle egg with salt and pepper.
Place the sausage patty, egg and
cheese on the English mun.
Serve immediately.
STEAMED EGG CUSTARD
2 large eggs
6 oz. water
½ tsp. sesame oil
pinch of salt
green onion for
garnish (optional)
In a small mixing bowl, whisk eggs in a stirring motion in
one direction until egg whites and yolks are combined.
Add water and sprinkle salt; then briey stir in one direction.
Pour mixture into Egg Bowl.
Fill Measuring Cup with water to the CUSTARD line, then
pour into Heated Base. Place the Egg Tray over the Heating
Plate, then place Egg Bowl on top of the Egg Tray.
Replace Lid, then turn ON/OFF Switch
to the ON ( - ) position.
Once done, add sesame oil and garnish with green onion.
Serve immediately.
