Assembly of Wheels
Slide one #5 Flat Washer onto Axle Bolt (F) and 1.
insert Axle Bolt (F) into Wheel (G).
Put on one #4 Flat Washer. Insert Axle Bolt (F) 2.
with Wheel (G) into Base Support (I).
Add a second #4 Flat Washer and #7 Nut Cap. Use 3.
Wrench (H) to tighten the #7 Nut Cap.
Repeat steps to attach second Wheel (G) onto the 4.
other side of the Base Support (I).
