Assembly of Wheels
Put #3 Flat Washer onto Axle Bolt (F) and insert into Base Support (I). 1.
Put on #3 Flat Washer. Slide Wheel (G) onto Axle Bolt (F), then add a second 2.
#3 Flat Washer, #5 Locking Washer and #6 Nut Cap.
Use Wrench (H) to tighten the #6 Nut Cap.3.
On the other side of Base Support (I), insert second Axle Bolt (F) 4.
with #3 Flat Washer, add #3 Flat Washer, second Wheel (G), another
#3 Flat Washer, #5 Locking Washer and a #6 Nut Cap.
Use Wrench (H) to tighten the #6 Nut Cap.5.
