HOW TO OPERATE
1. Follow the steps under PARTS & ASSEMBLY to correctly
assemble your CHOCOLATE CANDY BAR MAKER.
2. Place the unit on a dry, heat-resistant, level surface near an electrical outlet.
3. Remove the Silicone Molds, ll the Ice Trays 3/4 full with ice, and
then place the Silicone Molds back over the ice-lled trays.
4. Place a Heating Pot into the Heated Base, then ip the Power Switch
(located on the Heated Base) to the On (|) position.
5. Using your own recipe or one of the recipes included in this manual, prepare your chocolate
mixture in the Heating Pot.
NOTE: Be very careful not to overll the Heating Pot. DO NOT
exceed the maximum capacity, which is about 1 cup.
6. Watch the Heating Pot and stir mixture as necessary.
CAUTION: The mixture may boil and steam may be released from the food
while cooking. For your safety, DO NOT allow the mixture to boil over and
avoid contact with steam, as it is very hot and may cause burns.
7. In 10-15 minutes, when the mixture is runny, carefully pour into the molds using the
spout on the Heating Pot. If using the second Heating Pot to make a second batch or
avor, switch the Heating Pot out so that the second is now on the Heated Base.
8. In between layers of chocolate try adding your favorite toppings and llings to the Molds.
9. When nished lling molds, allow the ice trays to set the chocolate bars and
nuggets for 15 to 30 minutes before removing from the Chocolate Molds.
10. When chocolate bars and nuggets have solidied, remove the Silicone Molds from
the Ice Trays, then carefully bend the Silicone Molds to release the chocolates.
11. Lastly, enjoy your deliciously unique chocolate bars and nuggets!
