Removing Scale Deposit
If the speed at which this appliance emits steam starts to slow down or the steam stops
intermittently, you may need to remove scale.
Scales are calcified substances accumulated over time on metal parts. In order to maintain the
best operation of the steaming and ironing machine, please remove scale frequently. The
frequency of removing scale depends on the hardness and frequency of use of water.
Main method for removing scale:
1. Please mix 1 third of white vinegar and 2 thirds of clear water and inject them into the water
tank.
2. Plug in the power supply, turn on the switch, evaporate all the water and vinegar mixture, and
then unplug the power supply to cool it for no more than 30 minutes.
Repeat the above steps, usually 2-3 times, until the steam jet speed returns to normal. Please
note that each time please use a new mixture of water and vinegar. After removing scale, repeat
the above steps once with cold water before steaming and ironing clothes.
