Warranty:
Deli Hydraulics warrants its power units
against defects in design, workmanship
and components for a period of 13
months from date of manufacturer.
Under this warranty Wuxi Deli’s
obligation is to replace free of charge
any part or any product that Bailey’s
inspection shows to be defective includ-
ing the lowest round-trip transportation
charges from Wuxi Deli to Bailey and
from Bailey to it’s customers.
Wuxi Deli shall not be liable for consequ-
ential damages, bodily injury, loss of time
, manufacturing costs, labor, material,
loss of profits direct or indirect, because
of defective products, whether due to
rights arising under the contract of sale
or independently thereof, and whether or
not such claim is based on contract,
tort or warranty.
All warranty/returns and claims shall be
handled and coordinated via Bailey’s
current warranty system and in the event
of products being returned to Wuxi Deli;
Bailey shall work with Wuxi Deli personn-
el and obtain the required approvals
before sending any products back to
Wuxi Deli.
This express warranty is the sole
warranty of Wuxi Deli. There are no
warranties that extend beyond the
warranty herein expressly set forth. The
sale of Wuxi Deli products under any
other warranty or guarantee, express or
implied, written or oral is not authorized.
Prior to warranty charges being applied,
Bailey will provide the warranty informati-
on to Wuxi Deli for review.

identification label that is affixed to
the reservoir.
The Serial Number is located the
end-head/ manifold block (serial
number may not be visible after
installation)

the identification label that is
affixed the reservoir.

factory for assistance. The model
code and serial number are
extremely important; they will help us
help you answer any questions you
might have in a timely manner.
