Assembly
Step 3 – Cart to Tank Assembly – 282785 Only
 Place tank upside down on flat surface.
 Align cart assembly on bottom of tank.
 Insert bolts and torque to 5 Ft.-Lbs.
 Note: if holes do not properly align with tank inserts, loosen
bolts on cart. After securing cart to tank, torque cart bolts to
20 Ft.-Lbs.
 Press rubber washer into drain cap with finger.
 Thread drain cap on to tank until hand tight.

 Torque wrench
