Assembly
Step 1 – Axle to base assembly & wheel spacers
• Install both axle flanges with axle weldment.
• Insert axle weldment into rear slots in cart weldment.
• Attach with 4 bolts and nuts.
• Attach 2 bolts and nuts for each flange
• Slide wheel spacers onto axle.
• Attach with 4 bolts and nuts.
• Tighten all bolts and nuts to 20 Ft-lbs.
Tools Needed
• 1/2" Wrench
