Assembly Instructions
Step 4 – Trailer Coupler
• Lay Tow Bar Assembly on table as shown.
• Remove Coupler Bolts and Nuts without disturbing the Spacer Tubes
inside the Two Bar.
• Slide the 2” Ball Coupler onto the Tow Bar Assembly.
• Re-insert Coupler Bolts and tighten Nuts, Torque bolts to 72 ft-lbs.
Tools Needed
• Torque Wrench
Fasteners Needed from Parts Bag: None, Coupler Bolts and Nuts are loosely installed
in Tow Bar Tube
