Step Five: Build nozzle bracket assembly

1. Position the nozzle bracket as shown.

2. Secure nozzle hose barb elbows to nozzle bracket with

nozzle nuts. Hose barbs should point down.

3. Thread nozzle adapters onto nozzle hose barb elbows.

4. Thread on left (purple) and right

(orange) broadcast nozzles. The

nozzle is correctly positioned when

the screw on the face of each

broadcast nozzle is at the top.

Step Six: Install boom mounts

1. Use the reinforcement plate and fasten horizontal boom mount to sprayer frame with (2) 5/16

x 1” carriage bolts and (2) tee handle knobs. The horizontal boom mount position is

adjustable. Slide it forward or back to best suit the sprayer installation

2. Install the vertical boom mount to the horizontal boom mount with (4) 5/16 x 3/4” carriage

bolts and (4) 5/16 flange nuts.

a. If the sprayer will be mounted in a pickup, use

the upper mounting holes on the vertical boom

mount.

b. If the sprayer will be used with our trailer kit

268175, use the lower mounting holes on the

vertical boom mount.
