3. Press the Goodbye Key. If configured
the Conference Count Display returns
and is updated to reflect the revised
total count of conferees. The LCD
indicator tuns off.
Use Group Call
Group Call automatically calls members of a predefined group, one at a time,
until they all answer. Ask your network administrator for details on how to create
a conference call group.
Note: On the Meridian SL-100, use the Preset Conference feature for group calls.
Dial the specific DN for Preset Conference, simultaneous ringing of the
pre-selected parties is activated.
To call group members:
1. Lift the handset.
2. Press the Group Call Key. The feature
automatically calls all group members.
The icon flashes until all members
answer.
Their phone numbers appear on the
display as they answer. When the last
person answers, the Group Call
indicator lights steadily.
Note: After all the people in the group
have answered, only the person who made
the group call can put the call on hold.
To answer a Group Call:
Press the Group Call Key or Multiple
Appearance DN (MADN) Key.
