Conﬁguring a Route List Index

The Route List Index (RLI) defines the trunk characteristics. The RLI is

used to steer calls to the MCG 3100.

Procedure steps

Step Action

Connect to your call server.

2 Press enter.

Enter the following command to log in to the system:

LOGI admin2

4 Enter the Level 2 password.

5 Enter the following command:

LD 86

6 At the REQ prompt, enter NEW

7 At the CUST prompt, enter the Customer Number, as defined in

LD 15

8 At the FEAT prompt, enter RLB for the Route List Block.

At the RLI prompt, enter a number between 0-127 for the CDP

routing.

At the LTER prompt, enter NO for the local termination entry.

11 At the ROUTE prompt, enter a number between 0-511 for a Large

System.

12 At the DMI prompt, enter the Digit Manipulation Index number as

defined in LD 86.

Conﬁguring Call Forward No Answer

To increase the Call Forward No Answer (CFNA) timeout, configure the

CS 1000 using LD 15 and LD 11.

LD 15 configures the CFN0, CFN1 and CFN2 indexes.
