If the transferred call is not answered, your IP Phone rings:
Using Attendant Recall
Use the Attendant Recall feature to contact an attendant during a call and
to connect the caller to the attendant.
To contact the attendant while on a call:
1. Lift the handset to reconnect to the
original caller.
2. Choose one of the following:
— Press the Transfer soft key and
repeat the transfer.
— If the transfer is picked up while you
are on the line, press the Goodbye
key to complete the transfer.
1. Press the Attendant Recall key and
stay on the line until the attendant
answers.
2. Press the Goodbye key. The caller
remains connected to the attendant.
