To edit area code display:
Choosing a ring type
The Ring type… option configures the phone’s ring tone. To choose a ring
type, press the Services key, select Telephone Options, and select
Ring type…
1. Press the Up/Down navigation keys to
scroll and highlight Area Code Setup.
2. Press the Enter key.
3. Press the Up/Down navigation keys to
scroll and highlight one of the following:
— Area Code # 1
— Area Code # 2
— Area Code # 3
4. Press the Enter key.
5. Use the dialpad to edit the number.
6. Choose one of the following:
—Press the Select soft key to save the
configuration.
— Press the Cancel soft key to keep
existing configurations.
