DESCRIPTION This log indicates that there were insufficient DSP channels when a
voice call was attempted.

ACTION TO BE TAKEN 1) All the DSP channels on the system are in use. Wait for calls to
be dropped.
2) To avoid blocking, either distribute calls onto additional RLCs
and 9150s, or add DSP modules to existing equipment, provided
there is space available for additional modules. Otherwise action
# 1 applies.
