Run the display ppp mp command. When binding information appears the configuration
succeeds. In the following example, "rtbchap" after "Bundle" is the user name.
<Nortel> display ppp mp
Template is Virtual-Template1
Bundle rtbchap, 1 member, slot 6, Master link is Virtual-Template1:0
0 lost fragments, 0 reordered, 0 unassigned, 0 interleaved,
sequence 0/0 rcvd/sent
The bundled son channels are:
Serial6/0/1
Bundle rtbpap, 1 member, slot 6, Master link is Virtual-Template1:1
0 lost fragments, 5 reordered, 0 unassigned, 0 interleaved,
sequence 4/5 rcvd/sent
The bundled son channels are:
Serial6/0/0
If the physical interface is bound based on the terminal ID, "67789b06306e" after "Bundle" is
the terminal ID.

6.8 Configuring MP binding using the MP-group
6.8.1 Establishing the configuration task
Applicable environment
Configure MP binding using MP-group is more efficient than that using VT.
When configuring MP binding using MP-group, you can only add the interface in the same
slot as the MP-group interface to the MP-group. Only physical interfaces can be added to the
MP-group.
The interfaces added to the MP-group can only be the physical interfaces or the channelized
synchronous serial interfaces instead of logical interfaces.
In MP negotiation, different carriers complements differently.
