Accessing panes
The Main pane contains a number of bars that you use to access other
panes. You scroll to the bar to select it.
Access Help
The MCC 3100 for BlackBerry includes embedded, context-sensitive help
for the following topics:
Presence: describes the presence status icons
Log: describes the log icons
About: provides the application version number
Device Configuration: lists critical settings configured when you first
log in. For more information, see “Initial configuration” on page 31.
To access help, select Menu > Help.
SEND Press to start a call, accept an incoming
call, or to go to the Phone pane.
END Press to end a call, reject an incoming call,
or to go to the Main pane.

Control Function
Keyboard Use the QWERTY-style keyboard just like a
computer keyboard.
Trackwheel Scroll up or down to navigate through icons
and menus. Click (press) to select an item.
ESCAPE Press to move back a pane, or to close a
menu.
Press and hold to end a call.
