Ending a non-ACD call

Follow this procedure to terminate a call.

The release key is useful for dropping out of a conference call or exiting

voice mail. See Figure 1 "IP Phone 1150E components" (page 10) for the

location of the key.

Action

Talking to the agent

Press the release key.

The call is ended.
