OK 3. Press the OK soft key.
4. Press the arrow keys to scroll and
highlight the Message Options option.
OK 5. Press the OK soft key.
6. Press the arrow keys to scroll and
highlight the Overwrite option.
OK 7. Press the OK soft key. A check mark
(o) and confirmation tone (if configured)
indicates the automatic Overwrite
function is enabled. The oldest text
message is deleted to free-up storage
space.
CAUTION
If the Overwrite function is not enabled, new text
messages are not stored. It is necessary to regularly
delete messages to free-up storage space.
