Displaying Technical Support Information
The show tech-support command combines a group of show commands to provide an in-depth snapshot of
the status of the WSS. The output displays details about the system image and configuration used after the last
reboot, the version, ports, AAA settings, and other configuration values, and the last 100 log messages.
Run this command before calling the Nortel Enterprise Technical Support (NETS). See “How to get Help” on
page 29 and “Sending Information to NETS” on page 597 for more information.
