XMFE sender and receiver specifications
Table 153 "XMFE sender specifications" (page 364) and Table 154
"XMFE receiver specifications" (page 364) provide the operating
requirements for the XMFC/MFE card when it is configured as an XMFE
card. These requirements conform to French Socotel specifications
ST/PAA/CLC/CER/692.
