Carbon Monoxide Alarm Ceiling Placement:
If locating the ADT Carbon Monoxide Alarm in a bedroom
or in rooms remote from a fuel burning appliance:
• Mount the alarm within 10 feet of the occupants.
• Always make sure it is possible to view the three
light indicators when in the vicinity of the alarm.
Carbon Monoxide Alarms should face out in this position:
