· Provides recirculation option for homes without a dedicated return line by utilizing the cold water line as

a return line.

· Timer can be manually customized or programmed to automatically learn daily usage patterns.

In order to prevent hot water from being supplied into the cold water line, the thermal element in the

crossover valve will close at 95F. As a result, hot water may not be available at all times (only warm water).
