4.15 S1F65 - Connect Request
 NOTE This message is provided only for compatibility with Host
computers which support an older version of GEM.
The Equipment Constant ConfigConnect can be set to cause the Equipment to send
S1F65 instead of S1F13 for Connect Request.
The Equipment sends this message using the following format:
S1F65 W * H<-E

Format 1: The Host sends this message using the following format:
S1F65 W * H->E
<L> .
Format 2: The Equipment also accepts the following form of this message:
S1F65 W . * H->E
Either end of the link may send S1F65 as the first message to establish connection of
the link.
Under the GES-1993's initialization logic, the Equipment will always attempt to
establish the link. If no Host acceptance reply is received, the Equipment sends this
message periodically.
