The high-order bit of ALCD will be "1" if this alarm is currently On (Unsafe), or "0"

if it is currently Off (Safe). The low-order seven bits of ALCD contain the severity

code for this alarm.

S5F8 contains only those ALIDs which are currently enabled for reporting (See

S5F3).

S5F8 reports alarms in order by Alarm ID.
