4.54 S5F6 - List Alarm Data

The high-order bit of ALCD will be "1" if this alarm is currently On (Unsafe), or "0"

if it is currently Off (Safe). The low-order seven bits of ALCD contain the severity

code for this alarm.

For any invalid ALID specified in S5F5, the corresponding entry in S5F6 has the

following special error format:

If S5F5 specified all alarms, S5F6 reports alarms in order by alarm ID.

4.55 S5F7 - List Enabled Alarms Request

The Host requests the Equipment to send the current status of all Alarm IDs which

are currently enabled (See S5F3).
