5.4.4 Equipment Rejects Host Command
Assumption: Control State is Local and On-Line

Step SECS Message Description
1 H -> E S2F41 [W]
The Host sends the command. The W-bit in this message may be
either 0 or 1.
2 H <- E S2F42
If the W-bit in S2F41 is 1, the Equipment acknowledges the
command. The acknowledge code in this message is 64 (Control
State is incorrect). If the W-bit is 0, this message is not sent. In
either case, the Equipment does not perform the command.
5.4.5 Go Remote, Operator-Initiated

ControlState is Local. The Operator switches the Equipment to
Remote Control.
2 H <- E S6F11 W
The Equipment signals CEID GemControlState REMOTE. Event
Reports as appropriate.
3 H -> E S6F12 The Host acknowledges the report.

Local control state.
