4-32 System Configuration and Setup
To calibrate the Air Pressure in LMO:
1. Click on the
Air Pressure tab and designate the valve for adjustment.

2. Click on the appropriate Set Point value (Cooling, Valve, Fluid, and Active air) to enable
the
Set button (Figure 4-32).
3. Click the
Set button and type the desired PSI value. This will be the air pressure available at
the bulkhead fitting.

4. Connect a pneumatic gauge/meter to the appropriate bulkhead fitting and note the value.
5. Click on the corresponding
Set Point Offset value and then Set to type in the difference
between the value noted on the PSI gauge and the set point.
If the Set Point is 13.0 psi and the pneumatic gauge reads 12.0 psi, the difference of -1.0
psi should be entered as the Set Point Offset value.
6. Click
CTRL + P to enable the PSI reading pane and note the difference between the
Electronic Pressure Regulator reading and the pressure gauge reading.
7. Click on the appropriate
Reading Offset value and enter the difference between the two
values.
If the Electronic Pressure Regulator value is 13.0 psi and the pneumatic gauge reads
12.0 psi, the difference of -1.0 psi should be entered as the Reading Offset value.
