Table 4-3 Runtime Preferences
Command Description
Home Z Axis If checked, the Z-axis is homed at the start of a production run.
Home All Axes If checked, all axes are homed at the start of a production run.
Move To System
Location
If checked, the dispensing head moves to a defined location at the start of
a production run. The available locations are defined in the Setup
Locations menu.
Check for Disabled
Instructions
If checked, at runtime, warns the operator that some instructions in the
dispense program have been disabled.
Purge Before Each Board
Enables the “Purge Before Each Board” feature and sets the purge
duration for the selected valve(s). If checked, a purge will be performed
before each board during a production run. Make sure this setting does
not interfere with “Move to First Fid Location” before setting a purge time.
Purge After Each Board
Enables the “Purge After Each Board” feature and sets the purge duration
for the selected valve(s). If checked, a purge will be performed after each
board during a production run.
Enable Run Setup For
Production
If checked, the Run Setup options in the Run Window are enabled.
Enable Lot Control For
Production
If checked, the Lot Control feature is enabled. When this feature is active,
the GO button in the Run Window is disabled unless a lot has been
started.
Check System Air
Pressure
If checked, a system air pressure check is performed as specified, before
and after each board or before every instruction. If system air pressure is
too low, a window opens with a warning indicating that the system air
pressure is too low.
Alert Conveyor is Empty
After ___sec
Allows you to set how many seconds that the conveyor can be empty
before an alarm is sounded. This feature is useful in warning an operator
that the machine has been idle too long and that upstream machines may
need assistance.

Enable Tooling Vacuum 1
Check for Production
Check tooling vacuum installed on Conveyor 1 for a production run.
Tooling Vacuum Check will verify the input bit and take place at program
start.
Enable Tooling Vacuum 2
Check for Production
Check tooling vacuum installed on Conveyor 2 for a production run.
Tooling Vacuum Check verifies the input bit and takes place at program
start.
After Error Recovery,
Hold For
After an error recovery the dispensing program will pause for the
specified number of seconds before resuming production. This is so the
devices can stabilize.
Allow Cancel on Hold
Works in conjunction with the “After Error Recovery, Hold For” feature.
Lets you configure the "Hold" message box with a cancel option.
