3.4.8 Tools Window
The Tools Window is primarily used by service technicians. The Tools Window lets you communicate
directly with the Dispenser, Conveyor, Scale, and Heater. You can change various personality parameters
for each component or use the tools as a diagnostic device. You cannot run a program from the Tools
Window.
1. To access the Tools Window (Figure 3-20), click on
Tools in the Main Window.
2. Click on the desired button to access a list of options for that item.
 NOTE Refer to Section 9 - Tools for detailed information about using the Tools Window.
Item Description
Terminal
Activates a drop-down menu allowing direct communication with the Dispenser,
the Conveyor, the Scale, and the Heater.
I/O Test
Activates a drop-down menu that contains buttons for the conveyor and the
Dispenser in which you can customize I/O test procedures.
Diagnostics
Activates a drop-down menu containing diagnostic applications for testing and
calibrating the dispensing system.
Help
Accesses Online Help.
Jog
Opens the Jog Window.
Main
Takes you back to the Main Window.
