3.4.3 Production Window
The Production Window is primarily used by production operators. It is used to start the production run
and perform many necessary setup functions. For detailed information about using this window, refer to
Section 8 – Running Production.
To open the Production Window (Figure 3-9), select
Run a Program from the Main Window.
Item Description
1 Current Program Name
2 Selected Jog Device
3 Selected Unit of Distance
Load: Activates a dialog box for opening and loading a dispensing program file.
Setup: Activates a menu containing a button for conducting a prompted setup and a list of
options for a manual setup.
Run: Activates a drop-down menu containing a button for initiating a production run, and a
list of options for different types of test runs.
Shut Down: Allows the operator to unload a board. It does not shut down the entire
dispensing system. To shut down a production run at any time, use the run control buttons in
the lower right hand corner of Run Window.
Help: Access the Online Help menu.
Jog: Opens the Jog Window that contains position controls for the dispensing head and the
conveyor.
Main: Takes you back to the Main Window.
