A.1.4 Setup Menu
1. Setup Scripts - Lets you select a specific setup script
for setup procedures.
2. Scripted Valve Offsets
- Launches the Scripted Valve
Offsets setup procedure.
3. Valve Offsets
- Launches the non-scripted Valve
Offsets setup procedure.
4. Find Needle XYZ
- Performs a Find Needle XYZ
Command, which takes you through a short setup
sequence for configuring needle XYZ parameters. This
feature is only available if either a full Offsets
Procedure has been already been performed or the
Teach Needle XYZ procedure has been performed.
5. Teach Needle XYZ
- Performs a Teach Needle XYZ
Command, which takes you through a short setup
sequence for defining the Needle Sensor beam
locations in relation to the dispensing needle.
6. Measure Flow Rate
- Performs a Flow Rate
Measurement, which measures the amount of fluid,
dispensed in a given amount of time. It allows you to
regulate flow rate to ensure fluid dispensing accuracy
and consistency.
7. Check CPJ Flowrate
- Activates the check dot weight
calibration procedure.
8. Dispense Weight Verification
- Opens a dialog box in which you can set up and run a dispense
weight verification.
9. Flux Weight Verification
- Opens a dialog box in which you can set up and run a flux weight
verification.
10. Purge Nozzle
- Activates the valve purge routine.
11. Purge Needle
- Performs a Purge Command.
12. Purge Needle Infinite
- Performs a Purge Needle Infinite command.
13. Vacuum On
- Turns on the Purge Station vacuum.
14. Vacuum Off
- Turns off the Purge Station vacuum.
15. Move To Center
- Moves the Dispensing Head to the center of the dispensing area.
16. Move To Front
- Moves the Dispensing Head to the front center of the dispensing area.
17. Valve
- Activates a drop-down menu which allows you to perform one of the following commands:
• Forward/Reverse
- Turns valve ON to either forward or reverse.
• Prime
- Purges air from the valve.
• Refill
- Refills the DP-Series valve.
• Identifier
- Allows the user to select the valve bias profile for the current valve.
