8.5.1.1 Run Status Tab
The Run Status tab (Figure 8-9) displays Run Information, Fluid Information, and Run Setup options. See
Table 8-3 for a detailed description of the items on the Run Status tab.

Run
Information
Program Name of currently loaded program.
Run Count Number of boards completed so far.
Date Started Date current production run began.
Time Started Time current production run began.
Cycle Time Average cycle time of all boards processed.
Failure Count Number of boards not found and not dispensed.
Fluid
Information
Fluid Name
Name of fluid being used for currently loaded
program.
Lot Number
Fluid lot number. Information should be included
with fluid packaging.
Thaw Date Fluid thaw date (Date fluid removed from freezer).
Thaw Time Fluid thaw time (Time fluid removed from freezer).
Remaining Pot life How long before fluid pot life expires.
Low Fluid Status
Enabled or Disabled. Status of Low Fluid Check,
setup in Fluid Manager.
Flow Rate Result of last Flow Rate Calibration.
Next Purge Time remaining before valve purge is performed.
Next Flow Rate Calib.
Time remaining before next Flow Rate Calibration
is performed.
Run Setup
Wet or Dry
Allows you to perform a wet run, with dispensing, or
a dry run, with no dispensing.
Use Conveyor
Allows you to deactivate the Conveyor if you
choose, for testing, etc.
Set Number of Runs
Allows you to specify a specific number of runs to
be performed.
 NOTE Thaw Date, Thaw Time, and Pot Life are some of the information provided during a
Prompted Setup. Purge and Flow Rate Calibration information are setup in the Fluid
Manager. See Section 5 - Programming Basics and Setup for additional information.
CAUTION! If you have a custom conveyor connected to the dispensing system, you will NOT
be able to deactivate the conveyor AND use the Set Number of Runs
simultaneously.
