Coordinates
Displays the current dispensing head position coordinates in the selected
units of measure (inch/mm).
2 Target Box
Clicking in the Target Box moves the dispensing head to the corresponding
position in the dispensing area. The “white circles/dots” in the Target Box
represent system locations that have been previously taught. In Figure 3-3,
the white dot represents the tactile sensor and the two white circles
represent the purge and scale cups. Clicking on a dot/circle will move the
dispensing head to the applicable location. You can also send the
dispensing head to a previously taught location by clicking on one of the
location buttons. See “Locations” below.

Dispenser
Radio Button
Click the radio button to activate jog controls for the dispensing head.
NOTE The selected jog device is indicated in the bottom right-hand
corner of all major windows. See Figure 3-9.
7 Locations
Clicking on a Locations button, sends the dispensing head to a pre-defined
location, i.e. purge station, weigh station.
8 Click to open a dialog box where you can configure jog distance and speed.

Click on Video to open a live video display showing a close-up view of the
dispensing area.

Click to reinitialize the dispenser. Use this button if you are experiencing
communication problems with the dispensing head.

Clicking on Home sends the dispensing head to its “Home” position. The
home position is the extreme left front corner of the dispensing area, where
the dispensing head X, Y, Z-axis coordinates are set to (0, 0, 0).
*If the user clicks the button once, the system will move a short distance (configurable distance). If the
user presses and holds down the button, the system will slew in that direction until the button is released.
In both cases, the distance moved or the slew speed is determined by the “slow” or “fast” button pressed.
