13. Use the position controls to center the camera crosshairs on the ULHC of the first square in
the top row on Side 2 of the Tutorial Board.
Notice the Quadrant Model, the green square in the area below the video display. The
ULHC of the Quadrant should be highlighted to indicate that this is the corner you are
going to teach. If the ULHC is not highlighted, click on it to highlight it.
14. Click on
Teach.
15. Test the fiducial for accuracy, or click on
Next to continue.
The Edit Window closes and a message box opens indicating that the dispensing head is
“About to move to Reference Origin of Workpiece.”
16. Click on
OK.
The dispensing head will move after your response.
17. In the Programming Window, select
WCLine1 in the Pattern Name text box.
A message box opens indicating that the dispensing head is “About to move to
Reference Origin of WCLine1.”
18. Click on
OK.
The dispensing head will move after your response.
NOTE We are now going to program a weight control line.
19. Select
Edit > Edit Line Parameters from menu bar and check to make sure that the Line
Style Parameters for Type 2 are as follows:

20. Click the Dispensing Elements button on the Program Commands toolbar.
21. Click on
Weight Control Line .
22. In the weight text box, type
20 and choose Type 2 for the Line Style.
23. Use the position controls to center the crosshairs on the ULHC of the first square in the top
row on Side 2 of the Tutorial Board.
24. Click on
Teach to enter the first point of the weight control line.
