6-42 Beginning Programming
To perform a flow rate calibration:
1. Set the desired valve speed.
2. Define appropriate flow rate parameters in the Fluid Setup process.
For detailed information, see 5.4.1 Fluid Setup.
3. Click on
Setup > Measure Flow Rate from the Programming Window or on the Measure
Flow
Rate button on the Process Toolbar.
As an alternative, you may click on
Setup from the Production Window and select
Measure Flow Rate from the cascading menu.
4. Click on
Run to start the Flow Rate Measurement.
6.7.4 Dispense Weight Verification
The Dispense Weight Verification feature allows you to verify that the actual weight of fluid dispensed is
within tolerance. It can be run both as a stand-alone test and as a part of a dispensing program.
To perform a Dispense Weight Verification:
1. Click on
Setup > Dispense Weight Verification from the Programming Window.
As an alternative, you may click on
Setup from the Production Window and select
Dispense Weight Verification from the cascading menu.
2. Click on
Run to start the Dispense Weight Verification.
6.8 Program Editing
After you have created your dispensing program, you may add, delete or edit existing program commands
as necessary. In addition, you can edit the fiducials defined for your workpiece. This subsection covers
