Table 5-4 Weight Verification Options
Command Description
Purge Before
Running Verification
If this is enabled, the valve is purged before weight verification.
Time Between
Dispenses
Enter the time (sec.) between each dispense.
Number of Dispenses Enter the number of dispenses to be performed for average weight calculation.
Target Dispense
Weight
Enter the amount of fluid to dispense for each measurement cycle.
Enable Runtime
Dispense Weight
Verification
If this is enabled, the dispense weight verification process will occur regularly
at the specified interval during production.
Dispense Weight
Verification every:
On Timer
– A dispense weight verification occurs after the specified time.
On Run Count

number of runs.
Reset DWV timer
when leaving Run
Production window.
Enabling this feature resets the Dispense Weight Verification timer when
closing the Run Production window.
Averaging: Dispense
All Then Weigh Once
Instead of weighing each sample and averaging the samples, the total weight

Target Weight
Deviation Limits
Enter the allowable deviation limits (+ and –) from the Target Dispense Weight
specified above.
Max Range Limit
Activate and enter the desired value if you want this limit to be a part of

exceeds this value (Max Wt - Min Wt > Max Range Limit) verification will fail.
Block Production Run
on Failure
Activate to prevent execution of the production run if the Target Weight
Deviation Limits and/or Maximum Range Limit (if activated) are exceeded.
