5-18 Programming Basics and Setup
To setup Dot Weight Parameters:
 NOTE The Dot Weight Parameters tab is only available on systems equipped with DJ-Series
Dispensing Valves.
1. Click on the
Dot Weight Parameters tab. See Figure 5-9.
2. Click on
Enable Dot Weight Maintenance to activate Dot Weight Maintenance and select
the desired options. Dot Weight Maintenance options are described in Table 5-3.

Command Description
On Timer
A dot weight calibration will be performed according to the time value (in
seconds) entered in the On Timer text box. A Dot Weight Calibration will also be
performed on the first board of every run.
On Run Count
A dot weight calibration will be performed after completing the number of boards
entered in the On Run Count text box.
Reset Dot Weight
Timer when Run
Production Window
is exited.
This option is available only when "On Timer" has been selected. A check mark
means the flow rate timer is reset every time the operator re-enters the Run
Production Window, and that a dot weight calibration is performed for every first
board to run.
