Command Description
Valid Flow Rate
Range
Specifies the acceptable range of measurements during a Flow Rate Calibration.
If the flow rate is outside of the valid range, the software will notify the operator
and will not use the invalid flow rate. The default is 0.1 to 999 mg/sec. You can
change these values as needed to fit your particular requirements by clicking in
the text boxes and entering the desired values.
Block Production
Run on Failure
Disables production run if flow rate parameters are not met.
Valve Speeds
Displays the available speeds for a DP or DV Series valve installed on
dispensing systems with software-controlled valve speeds.
NOTE This feature is only available if Variable Valve Speed is enabled.
Allows you to create a new valve speed profile.
Allows you to remove a valve speed profile.
NOTE When a Flow Rate Calibration executes, the specified number of flow rate calibrations
will be performed. Once they are complete, a dialog box opens indicating which valve
was used, which fluid file was used, what bias was used, and what the flow rate was for
each calibration conducted.
If the calculated flow rates are out of valid flow rate range, an error message is issued.
The operator must adjust the valve speed and perform the Flow Rate Calibration again
until the flow rate calculations fall within the specified range.
